I sometimes give keynote speeches at companies and industry conferences. I also conduct workshops at companies that last a few hours but can also last a few days. They can then shift from ideas and teaching to mapping out specific actions for your company. I customize the topics of the speech and the workshop to the specific needs of the company and the participants. They are typically centered around my areas of expertise, that is, relational intelligence and entrepreneurial management.
