WEBINARS
Relational Intelligence for Start-Ups
The relationships with customers, employees, partners, board members, or investors are crucial for the success of startups. I teach how to better understand, navigate, and manage these relationships. My webinars on relational intelligence for startups have been attended by more than 25.000 people. The focus of the webinars is on practical advice based on cutting-edge research. In the webinars, we have a great mix of founders, startup employees, venture capitalists, and business angels. I enjoy teaching them a lot - and while the focus is on education (not edutainment), I teach in a way that students tend to enjoy.

RESEARCH
My research serves as the foundation for my teaching, my keynote speeches, my workshops, and my webinars. My research has won multiple awards, and I have presented it at numerous universities, including Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the University of Chicago. For an overview, see my Academic CV or Google Scholar.
Most of my research tackles the question of how to better understand, navigate, and leverage relationships. I examine with whom one should (not) partner, what derails successful collaborations, or how to overcome conflict in relationships.

I customize the content of keynote speeches and workshops to the specific needs of the company and the participants. Speeches and workshops can be both in person - or online.
